Who we are
“GG Goals: Discipline Builder” (“the App”) is provided by Adolfo Gerard Montilla González (“we”, “us”).

Scope
This policy explains how the iOS App handles information. It does not cover third-party websites or Apple’s own services (e.g., App Store or system analytics controlled by Apple).
Data we collect
We do not collect, store, or process personal data from users of the App.
- No account required.
- No server-side storage; we do not run our own backend for this App.
- We do not track users across apps or websites and we do not sell or share personal data.
On-device data
The App may create local records (e.g., goals, sessions, streaks) only on your device to enable core functionality. This information is not transmitted to us. Deleting the App removes these local records.
Third-party services
The App does not integrate third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or crash reporting that sends data to us or to third parties. Apple may provide aggregated App Store metrics or optional crash logs under Apple’s privacy policies; we do not control that processing.
Permissions
The App does not request access to contacts, photos, location, microphone, or other sensitive device data. If future versions request optional permissions, they will be used solely to provide the requested feature and will remain optional.
Children’s privacy
The App is intended for a general audience and not directed to children under 13 (or the age defined by local law). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Security
Because we do not collect personal data, our primary safeguard is that your information remains on your device. Please keep your device secure and up to date.
Data retention & deletion
We do not retain personal data on our servers. To delete on-device information, uninstall the App. If you reinstall, the App will start fresh.
International users & rights
As we do not process personal data, rights requests (access, deletion, etc.) generally do not apply. You can still contact us at appstore@gerardgonzalez.io and we’ll help with any privacy question.
Changes to this policy
If we change how the App handles data, we will update this policy and the “Effective date” above. Material changes will appear in the App and/or on our website before they take effect.
